OUR STANDARDS OF SERVICE

Initial Loan Set-up

• New loan files received before 3:00pm will be set up the same day
• Loan files received after 3:00pm will be completed and set up the following day by 12:00pm

Underwriting

• Files received in the underwriting department by 12:00pm will be completed the following day by 12:00pm
• Files received in the underwriting department by 5:00pm will be completed the following day by 5:00pm

Conditions

• All conditions received will be reviewed and necessary updates will be provided to the Brokers and the Account Executives within six (6) hours of being received

Docs Out/Docs Requested

• Doc requests received before 3:00pm will be prepared and sent out the same day
• Doc requests received after 3:00pm will be prepared and sent out the following day by 12:00pm

Signed Docs Returned

• Documents received by 3:00pm will have an "outstanding conditions" sheet prepared and sent out the same day
• Documents received after 3:00pm will have an "outstanding conditions" sheet prepared and sent out by 12:00pm the following day

Funding

• Files with fully executed documents and all conditions received by 12:00pm will be funded by 12:00pm the following day
• Files with fully executed documents and all conditions received after 12:00pm will be funded by 10:00am on the 2nd day
